Firearm Transfers

All transfers must be picked up within 40 calendar days of arrival. After this window, the firearm will be considered forfeited. If your background check is denied, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable transfer fees.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a firearm in Florida.
Yes, you can buy a firearm online and have it sent to us. Please note that there is a transfer fee of $20, as well as a background check fee of $15, which must be paid before you are able to receive your firearm.
If you are a U.S. citizen, you will need to present a valid driver’s license. If you are a legal resident, please bring your resident card, and it’s helpful to have your hunting permit as well. If you bring a passport, you will need to show two utility bills. In either case, you will be required to complete a 4473 form (Firearms Transaction Record) and undergo a background check.
Yes, everyone is required to complete a background check, regardless of whether they have a concealed weapons license.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy handgun or rifle ammunition.
Yes, all firearm sales are final.
Once your firearm arrives at our shop, you have 40 calendar days to complete the transfer. After that, it will be considered forfeited.
